I looked through Sourukun's artwork, but I can't find the artwork that DoctorWalui stole from Sourukun's website. I think they are the same artist, but I could be wrong.
They are the same artist. I saw he put some screenvideos of his Mario game on youtube and in this site the same game of him is shown. He is very good. ^^
